The workshop introduces the Life Story Board visual schema, and the LSB kit, and its use in counselling, with demonstration, and opportunity for hands-on experience and interactive discussion with the co-trainers.

As a tool for counsellors and therapists:
the visual, tactile co-construction of a lifescape is an engaging way to listen, and for the client to give voice and bring to visual attention what they share.
LSB facilitates respectful exploration of sensitive issues, in guided sessions with safety and control, in trauma-informed, narrative and art-based therapy approaches
LSB useful for assessment, and to enhance therapeutic alliance with older children and adults.
LSB is a versatile interview modality in qualitative research and other applications.
No purchase is necessary. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
LSB kits are available for trial with refurbished kit or purchase, (with discount $400 CAD regular price)
Workshop Fee is $135 (reduced rate for students $75) Space is limited to 12 participants.
